Sales Manager - Lusail

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail Qatar In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors activities

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English is required proficiency in other languages is a plus
