Sales Manager for International Sales

We are a rapidly growing international company looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our global markets. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and building relationships with clients. This position is based in Lusail but we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English and have proven success in international sales.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training and motivation
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth
• Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets and other important documents for management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in an international setting
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve goals
• Experience in developing strategic plans and implementing them effectively
• Knowledge of market research, sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
