Loader Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Lusail. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks, excavate, and move materials around the job site. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a hands-on role in the construction industry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
• Physical ability to operate equipment in various weather conditions and work environments
• Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Operate loader to load and unload materials onto trucks or move them around job site
• Complete daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient work flow
• Follow safety protocols at all times while operating equipment on job site
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
