Mason

We are seeking a skilled Mason Foreman to join our construction team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Mason Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to masons in order to meet project timelines.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
• Inspect work progress and the quality of completed tasks by masons.
• Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools needed for masonry work.

• Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or a similar role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational training (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to communicate in basic English (required).
• African nationalities preferred.
• Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
