Loader, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, General Labor

We are hiring a Loader to join our construction company in Lusail, Qatar. As a Loader you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks and move them around the construction site. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate loader to move materials around construction site
• Load materials onto trucks for transportation
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any damages or malfunctions
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery specifically loaders
• Ability to read and understand instructions and safety guidelines
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
• Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid biometric passport;
  Indian nationality preferred
• Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends if necessary
• No English proficiency required
