Welder

Overview

A reputable construction company in Lusail is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment on our construction sites.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and welding techniques.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently to weld different types of metals using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Repair damaged metal components by welding or replacing parts as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
