Handyman Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Handyman Supervisor to oversee our team of handymen in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with strong English speaking skills and previous experience in a supervisory role. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$. As our company does not provide accommodation, the candidate must have their own housing arrangements.

However, we do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of handymen on various projects
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and up to standard
• Train new handymen on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

• Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a handyman supervisor
• Knowledge of various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
