Carpenter Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Carpenter Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of a team of carpenters to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of carpentry techniques.

• Supervise a team of carpenters and provide guidance and support as needed
• Review project plans and blueprints to determine materials tools and techniques required
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
• Monitor progress and ensure that projects are being completed on time and within budget
• Inspect completed work for quality control
• Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during construction
• Train new employees on company procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain inventory of materials tools and equipment needed for projects

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques tools and materials
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
