Instrument Technician

A reputable engineering company in Lusail is seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for installing repairing and maintaining various instruments and control systems used in industrial processes This is a contract position suitable for men with or without experience including those who require their own visa and do not need accommodation The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment This is an excellent opportunity for Malayalees or Canadians looking for English speaking jobs in Lusail

• Install calibrate troubleshoot and repair various instruments such as flow meters temperature sensors pressure gauges etc
• Perform preventative maintenance on control systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems using specialized tools
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects within given timelines
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in Instrumentation is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
• Good understanding of electrical principles and ability to read technical diagrams
• Familiarity with various types of measuring equipment such as multimeters oscilloscopes etc
• Knowledge of PLCs Programmable Logic Controllers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Malayalam or French would be an asset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary
