What You'll Do
As an LPN at Pedia Manor, you'll play a critical role in supporting the care of medically complex children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, team-based care in a residential setting.
- Assisting in the implementation and documentation of care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the RN or care team.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing support and education to staff and families to promote the best outcomes.
- A Minimum of One Year of experience as an LPN
- Active LPN License in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care.
- Experience in pediatric or medically complex care is a plus, but not required-we offer comprehensive training.
