Registered Nurse Supervisor

Quakertown Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on our nursing units. In this resident-focused, team-oriented environment, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while accessing training, development, and career growth within Genesis Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff delivering resident care on assigned unit(s)
• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Ensure accurate, timely EHR documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor resident condition changes and initiate appropriate interventions
• Educate, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance and competencies
• Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and shift handoffs
• Promote infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care and progress
