Perform visual, dimensional and/or functional inspections for raw materials, in-process assemblies, or finished products to applicable specifications and quality standards.;
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate the NCR process.;
Utilize measurement tools/equipment and hand gages to measure physical dimensions and attributes; ensure current calibration and recommend appropriate gages.;
Compile quality records and documentation for product, material, and equipment inspection following GDP.;
Participate in first article inspections, process audits, and support continuous improvement through quality feedback.
