Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections for raw materials, in-process assemblies, or finished products according to specifications and quality standards;
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate the NCR process;
Utilize measurement tools and hand gauges to measure physical dimensions and attributes;
Ensure current calibration and recommend appropriate gauges and equipment for measurement;
Compile quality records and documentation per GDP; participate in first article inspections and process audits; support continuous improvement
