** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related protocols for a logistics and distribution location.

+ Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify credentials as required, and document guest, vendor, and/or delivery arrivals in accordance with site guidelines.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

+ Answer questions, provide directions, and communicate with employees, drivers, contractors, and visitors while helping to support an orderly front desk environment.

+ Maintain accurate reports, logs, and other required documentation related to front desk activity, access control, and security-related events.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
