** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee badges.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Experience with alarm panel systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations, troubleshooting, and response protocols.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates must be comfortable navigating software applications and performing basic troubleshooting.

** CPR Certification (B205)
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. Allied Universal offers free training for candidates who do not currently hold this certification.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** A background in customer service is preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

** Loss Prevention (B210)
** Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is required. Candidates should be knowledgeable about theft prevention, inventory control, and safety protocols.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials; maintain visitor logs; issue access badges according to site-specific policies.

+ Monitor entry activity, access-control systems, and security-related communications, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Provide customer service by answering questions, directing guests to designated areas, and communicating site entry procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when appropriate.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
