** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Candidates must have experience operating alarm panels, including knowledge of alarm system protocols, troubleshooting, and response procedures.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools.

** CPR Certification (B205)
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should have a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

** Loss Prevention (B210)
** Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is required. Candidates should be knowledgeable about theft prevention, inventory management, and safety protocols.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor front-desk access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Support a professional reception area by answering phones, receiving deliveries, managing incoming inquiries, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity.

+ Assist with maintaining orderly entry procedures for employees, guests, vendors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
