** Valid Driver's License:*
* + Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

+ Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license specific to the job state (C124).

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):*
* + Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):*
* + Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required for relevant positions.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):*
* + Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for job-related tasks.

** CPR Certification (B205):*
* + A valid CPR certification is mandatory for positions that require emergency response capabilities.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):*
* + Candidates should have a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact effectively with clients and customers.

* + Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is preferred for applicable roles.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor access to the distribution location, verify visitor and driver credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records.

+ Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.

+ Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
