** Valid Driver's License:*
* + Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

+ Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license specific to the job state (C124).

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):*
* + Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):*
* + Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required for relevant positions.

* + Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for job-related tasks.

** CPR Certification:*
* + CPR certification is required. Training will be provided free of charge by the company (B205).

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.

+ Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site procedures.

+ Monitor entry activity, receive and direct deliveries, answer phones, and provide directions or information to support orderly access to the facility.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.

+ Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related policy violations to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional front desk environment.
