** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure security protocols are followed.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required, as many tasks will involve digital platforms for communication and reporting.

** CPR Certification (B205):

** Customer Service Experience (B219):

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records in accordance with site procedures.

+ Monitor access to the facility, receive incoming calls and deliveries, and direct visitors to appropriate contacts or designated areas.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Maintain clear communication with site personnel, transportation partners, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, access requests, and unusual activity.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
