** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Familiarity with alarm panel operations is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm systems and their functionalities.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing basic troubleshooting.

** CPR Certification:
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. Free training is provided by Allied Universal to ensure all employees are equipped with this critical skill.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** A background in customer service is preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

** Loss Prevention (B210):
** Experience or knowledge in loss prevention strategies is advantageous. Candidates should be familiar with techniques to minimize theft and loss within a retail or corporate environment.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.

+ Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, communications, and other assigned systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, direct visitors and deliveries, and support daily access-control operations.

* + CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
