Position: Coastal Community Member Service Role
Join Coastal Community Credit Union as a Member Service Representative and help improve financial health for members in BC. This part-time role focuses on transaction processing and member assistance.

As a Member Service Representative, you will operate under direct supervision, accurately handling various transactions for our members. You should have prior experience in sales and service along with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Your role is crucial in enhancing relationships and promoting financial education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete financial transactions each day

• Assist members with new product inquiries and updates

• Respond to member queries via phone effectively

• Manage access to safety deposit boxes efficiently

• Conduct end-of-day processing and balancing tasks

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma required, academic focus preferred

• 1 year post-secondary education is an asset

• Up to 1 year in a sales/service capacity

• Proficient keyboarding skills (40 wpm)

• Strong ability to listen and understand member needs
