Position: Program Management Analyst with Security Clearance
We are looking for an experienced Program Management Analyst with demonstrated experience supporting DoD requirements to join our growing team in Quantico, VA. Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.

* Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its lifecycle.

* Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.

* Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.

* Coordinates projects; develops a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects; and may assist in writing narratives for reports.

* Monitors the project's timeline; tracks document submissions; and creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.

* Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may affect the success of the project.

* For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.

* Prepares monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.

* Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree with 7 years of experience supporting program management activities)

* 5 years of relevant program management experience.

* Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is a must.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- USD $140,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
