Active Top Secret (TS)

• Builds or updates installation building and construction master plans
• Runs space utilization studies and footprint optimization
• Evaluates facility condition and future requirements
• Translates mission needs into capital construction and infrastructure investment plans
• Supports recapitalization and long-range infrastructure strategy

• Active and maintained "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Facilities Planning
• Ten (10) or more years of real estate facilities, architecture, construction facilities management, or other relevant experience

• Knowledge of and experience with BUILDER, iNFADS, or similar facilities sustainment and asset management systems, including the ability to leverage these tools to support strategies planning, programming, life‑cycle management, and capital investment decision‑making.
