What You Will Do:

Builds or updates installation building and construction master plans

Runs space utilization studies and footprint optimization

Evaluates facility condition and future requirements

Translates mission needs into capital construction and infrastructure investment plans

Supports recapitalization and long-range infrastructure strategy

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Facilities PlanningTEN (10) or more years of real estate facilities, architecture, construction facilities management, or other relevant experience

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Knowledge of and experience with BUILDER, iNFADS, or similar facilities sustainment and asset management systems, including the ability to leverage these tools to support strategies planning, programming, life-cycle management, and capital investment decision-making.
