Assist in implementing planned, developmentally appropriate activities, schedules, and routines for children/youth using curriculum and activity plans.;
Assist with attending to the developmental needs of children/youth, including relationship building.;
Supervise children and youth during daily indoor and outdoor activities, field trips, outings, and special events.;
Maintain communication with other employees to request assistance, aid, and report challenges.;
Care for children and youth with special needs as directed and ensure inclusive programming.
