Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to take on a pivotal role as a superintendent for a $3.5 million utility project at Quantico.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary leader overseeing the construction project.

* Manage project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

* Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the project.

* Supervise the construction team and coordinate all site activities.

* Ensure compliance with federal construction regulations and safety standards.

* Act as the point person for all project-related communications and decision-making.

Essential Skills

* 5 years of experience in federal construction.

* Active OSHA 30 Certification.

* Active C-QCM Certification.

* Proficiency in construction management and quality control management.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with RMS (Resident Management System).

* Experience working as a Quality Control Manager (QCM).

* Experience with utility construction projects.

Work Environment

The role offers the opportunity to be the primary point person for all projected projects in Quantico, providing leadership and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Quantico, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
