Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior CI/SME Instructor (Operations) to support a federal government client. The role involves delivering Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC) and Advanced Operations Seminar Instruction, with classroom and practical exercises often exceeding 8-hour days and requiring work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC) and Advanced Operations Seminar Instruction.
• Plan, develop, and deliver classroom and practical exercises.
• Sit or stand for up to two (2) hours at one time and walk up to five (5) miles in one day.

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, and/or supervising OFCO.
• Experience as an OFCO case officer with full operational cycle.
• Highly desired:
  Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.

• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
• Graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or legacy training courses offered by the Military Departments.

• Active TS security clearance, eligible for SCI clearance with polygraph or able to take one.
