NCIS VTC Engineer | TS​/SCI clearance

• Serve as a technical leader for all personnel engaged in the delivery of enterprise‑scale VTC solutions, focusing on design, implementation, and support of video conferencing infrastructure and services.
• Configure and manage VTC system infrastructure, Cisco VTC endpoints, and related equipment, and design and implement call routing strategies for seamless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex VTC and VoIP system issues, provide comprehensive support for conference room environments, and facilitate collaboration with external agencies via VTC technology.
• Apply advanced knowledge of VTC and VoIP technologies, including cloud‑based solutions and integration methods.
• Plan, design, and implement VTC systems by conducting market research, evaluating new technologies, and attending business/technical meetings to brief and discuss.
• Interface with contractor and government personnel, conferring with equipment and software vendors, and directing subordinate personnel to take appropriate action.
• Write, edit, and prepare graphical presentations of technical information related to VTC systems and services.
• Maintain a current understanding of emerging technologies and trends in cloud services and relevant application and system technologies.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of increasingly complex and progressive experience in VTC engineering.
• Strong background in engineering data center environments, virtualized environments, and a variety of technologies supporting computing capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service across all organizational levels.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Cisco Unified Communications Server infrastructure, and related system‑level applications.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based services and environments, particularly MS Teams and Cisco Web Ex.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• B.S. degree in a technical discipline.
• Onsite location at Quantico, VA.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Position pending contract award in late August / early September 2026 timeframe.

Likely salary range: $128,039 – $173,229. Actual salary will be based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
