THE WORKThis FSR should have experience in aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, avionics, and/or electrical systems. The role focuses on training and technical support for VH‑3D, VH‑60N, and VH‑92A aircraft.
- Provide on‑the‑job training in maintenance and operation techniques relevant to repair of the above aircraft and equipment, including adjustment, calibration, troubleshooting, bench check, and routine maintenance and inspection methods.
- Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment.
- Assist in identifying areas where additional training may be required.
- Emphasize safety precautions.
- Demonstrate the best method for installing modifications and retrofit kits.
- Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems.
- Analyze maintenance programs and provide beneficial recommendations.
- Act as a liaison to Sikorsky Aircraft for exchanging information related to urgent maintenance difficulties and material requirements.

- Minimum of 7‑10 years organizational‑level experience on Sikorsky aircraft systems; intermediate and depot level experience is a plus.
- Self‑starter and customer‑oriented.
- Willingness to be on‑call 24/7 to support customer AOG requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top‑Secret clearance and Yankee White access with SCI.
- Willingness to travel frequently with the customer.
- S‑92 experience is a plus.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen.
