• Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of the JCITA Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments including Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer’s Course, or the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course.
• Senior‑Level SME must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising OFCO in accordance with the DoDI‑S5240.09.
• Highly desired experience for the Senior‑Level CI SME includes experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.
