Primary Prevention Integrator

Job Title

The role involves assisting in program management and developing action plans for prevention initiatives and assessments.

The position requires acting as a primary prevention subject matter expert, providing insights to leaders on program updates and addressing prevention gaps.

Collaboration with stakeholders to identify collective goals, intended outcomes, and optimal methods to increase efficiencies and integration is necessary.

Establishment of prevention activities including determining goals, objectives, measures of performance, effectiveness assessments, and milestones is required.

Identifying risk factors that can lead to problematic/destructive behaviors and recommending preventative measures to address potential risk factors is part of the role.

Reviewing and coordinating actions and projects across programs to ensure completion dates are within established time frames is essential.

Identifying efficiencies in the development and delivery of primary prevention and ensuring occupational health, social and organizational psychology, public health, and behavioral and social science are considered in prevention planning is required.

Collecting and consolidating data from diverse sources to write reports, correspondence, point papers, briefs, and other presentation mediums, and monitoring and responding to reports regarding planning and strategies is necessary.

Maintaining program and administrative reference materials, project files, available policies, procedures, and written instructions from the supervisor is required.

Providing consultative advice to stakeholders to leverage partner insights, interpret data, and implement and execute primary prevention policies, programs, processes, and practices is necessary.

Giving presentations to leadership on command prevention efforts and impacts is required.
