Position: SECURITY COOPERATION EDUCATION AND TRAINING COORDINATOR with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will manage and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of the program for International Military Student Officers.
* You will serve as the Marine Corps' primary subject matter expert on student administration for international students providing guidance and direction.
* You will monitor International Military Student Officers training and ensures t:r.e branch chief is aware of any shortfalls.
* You will administer the Marine Corps Field Studies Program (FSP) for international students attending Marine Corps education or training commands or activities.
* You will manage and coordinate requirements for all Marine Corps education and training courses provided to international students.
* You will manage and coordinate requirements for education and training for Marine Corps personnel involved in the management or execution of security cooperation. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* Must have achieved or be able to achieve certification at the International Affairs Workforce Certification Level II or higher as defined by the Department of Defense International Affairs Certification Program Guidelines within one year. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing security cooperation situations to recommend rapid solutions, while assisting with policy implementation, providing operational support, and preparing written communications and oral presentations.
