Overview

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Denial and Deception (D&D) Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

Overview

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Denial and Deception (D&D) Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
  • Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
  • Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
  • Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
  • Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
  • Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
  • Conduct all-source analysis of foreign state and non-state actors' ability to mislead through manipulation, distortion, or falsification of evidence
  • Analyze adversary efforts to control what U.S. collection assets observe and acquire in order to shape perceptions and policymaker decisions
  • Analyze foreign programs designed to eliminate, impair, degrade, or neutralize U.S. intelligence collection across all disciplines

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in denial and deception, counter-deception, or military deception analysis
  • 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC
Desired Qualifications
  • Foreign Denial and Deception Analysis Committee (FDDC) or similar training
  • Multi-INT collection background
