About the position:

TJFACT is seeking a well-versed Indexing Operations Specialist to join our team in support of the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC) in Quantico, VA.

Please note this role is for a proposal and is subject to a contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct data entry of DAF records into FBI CJIS systems.
Serve as the focal point for assigned MAJCOMs regarding Disposition of Firearms (DOF) checks.
Engage with base-level Indexing Compliance Managers and Judge Advocate offices to provide support for indexing matters.
Conduct real-time evaluation, creation, and correction of DAF indexing records.
Monitor MAJCOM unit compliance for entries into federal databases.
Report compliance issues to the AFCJIC CHRI Data Manager and Audit lead.
Provide subject matter expertise and record corrections in response to Requests for Information (RFI).

Required Qualifications :

Minimum five (5) years’ experience with criminal justice records.
Minimum three (3) years’ sworn law enforcement experience.
Must have an active clearance.
Must be able to pass a law enforcement records check.
