Cybersecurity Lead – PCI Federal

Location may be Quantico, VA;
Hanover, MD; or Huntsville, AL.
- Provide cybersecurity support services including A&A, RMF, cloud initiatives, risk management, product analysis, facility inspections/site assessments, and circuit action support.
- Contractor cybersecurity support for systems comprising the ESS, the Agency’s administrative networks (Unclassified but Sensitive Data Network (UDN), Classified Data Network (CDN), and JWICS enclaves), Cloud, GIG waived networks, and all standalone systems.
- A Government representative shall perform oversight for all tasks:
- Support major Enterprise programs such as Vetting Risk Operations (VRO), DoD Insider Threat Management Analysis Center (DITMAC), Center for Development of Security Education (CDSE), Program Executive Office (PEO), National Background Investigation Services (NBIS), Background Investigations (BI), Standard Procurement System, Consolidated Adjudications Facility (CAF), National Industrial Security System (NISS), and specific PEO portfolio systems.
- Assist with Mission Assurance tasks, including development of cybersecurity artifacts related to IT Continuity of Operations Plan initiatives.
- Develop and integrate cybersecurity procedures for all ISCP phases: activation and notification, recovery, and reconstitution.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
- Must have and maintain an active DoD Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Cybersecurity Lead must meet DD8140/DoD
8570.01-M IAM Level III requirements prior to onboarding.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to work in an office environment, operate a motor vehicle, fly in an aircraft, and lift up to 20 pounds. Vision, hearing, and speech abilities are required. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing, as well as reaching, pushing, and pulling are expected.
