cBEYONData a subsidiary of SMX is seeking a Communications & Value Realization Specialist to measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives across the agency. This role identifies baseline metrics, quantifies improvements, and translates technical achievements into mission‑focused success stories for leadership. This role is onsite in Quantico, VA.

• Establish baseline metrics for AI and automation initiatives across programs.
• Track and report incremental improvements, ROI, and mission impact.
• Develop clear, compelling communications that highlight value delivered.
• Maintain cross‑team visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and accomplishments.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, or storytelling artifacts for leadership.
• Support internal communication strategies for AI adoption and awareness.

• 1–3 years of experience in value realization, business analysis, analytics, or communications.
• 1–3 years of cross‑team coordination or program support experience.
• Strong writing, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into executive‑ready messages.

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives or federal transformation programs.
• Background in change management, strategic communications, or PMO support.
