We are hiring a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center. The role is full‑time, exempt W‑2, located in Quantico, VA and other Mid‑Atlantic locations.

• Provide risk analysis and support threat detection and prevention efforts for DITMAC.
• Assist with advising non‑IT professionals on DoD network standards and insider‑threat tools.
• Coordinate across multiple agencies and client organizations to promote mission‑critical solutions.

• Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis to support threat detection and prevention.
• Advising on emerging cyber threats to security professionals.
• Facilitate the deployment of insider threat tools and user‑activity monitoring (UAM) software.
• Support investigations related to counterintelligence, insider threat, and law enforcement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years advising security professionals on emerging cyber threats.
• Minimum 10 years working within the DoD Intelligence Community.
• Experience with classified and unclassified systems and Government/Industry standards.
• Strong coordination skills with diverse organizations.
• Understanding of DOD/IC computer systems, protections, and threats.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Knowledge of offensive and defensive cyber capabilities.
• Experience in at least one functional area:
  Security Operations, Penetration Testing, Threat Hunting.
• Knowledge of UAM software and processes.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal cyber trends and regulations.
• Experience assisting counterintelligence or insider‑threat investigations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years advising security professionals on emerging cyber threats.
• Minimum 8 years working within the DoD Intelligence Community.

• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity protocols and insider‑threat indicators.

• Top Secret clearance required; all contractors must possess a Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
