MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Intelligence Analyst to support our current NCIS contract out of Quantico, VA. Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, Joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
Responsibilities- Support investigations and operations involving a Federal Law Enforcement agency.
- Collect, review, interpret, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple sources to assess relevance and significance of developments in assigned area(s), and prepare complex intelligence products including briefings, summaries, reports, studies, assessments, and estimates.
- Identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to fill those gaps.
- Maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, law enforcement organizations, military intelligence services, and allied foreign governments to discuss analysis, production, and collection requirements and provide information as appropriate.
- Perform intelligence analysis and production tasks using intelligence reporting, open-source data, and information derived from a custom, classified system to support investigations, operations, and intelligence production.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of cyber threat hunting familiarity with network log analysis (Additional 2 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree).
- Knowledge of computer concepts, cyber terminology, and cyberspace operations.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to produce activity- and national-level intelligence products and provide high-level briefs.
- Knowledge of the terminologies, methodologies, and IC-level research and analytical techniques as applied to highly complex assignments in counterintelligence and criminal intelligence analysis.
- Exposure/experience tied to government acquisition programs and/or government R&D and/or business analytics.
- Ability to perform open research on supply chain related issues.
- Ability to leverage and exploit social media, and a variety of commercial and government open-source databases.
- Understanding of Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft.
- Ability to identify/prioritize relevant collection requirements/gaps in response to supply chain threats to the DON.
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
