The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a PKI Implementation Specialist to support staffing for the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group (MCCOG) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) contract. This on‑site position at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA requires an active DoD Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and will be anticipated to award in the April/May timeframe. The role provides implementation and planning support in the development and writing of project plans and implementation documentation to support Marine Corps PKI initiatives.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Provide implementation and planning support for the development, maintenance, and execution of PKI project plans and documentation, updating existing PKI plans and procedures to align with evolving DoD PKI initiatives and developing plans for PKI deployment across enterprise and tactical environments.
- Develop and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M), and supporting PKI procedures.
- Support planning for PKI tool employment across enterprise and tactical networks.
- Ensure compliance with DoD PKI policies and evolving requirements.
- Provide implementation and planning support for reviewing USMC POR application waiver requests for compliance with DoD PKI directives.
- Provide implementation and planning support for DoD Purebred mobile PKI capabilities on Government Furnished Commercial Mobile Devices.
- Provide communications and meeting support.
- Support PKI task tracking, documentation, and configuration management processes.
- Provide system administration support for DoD/NSS PKI Registration Authority workstations.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Ability to obtain a favorable adjudication on a T5 investigation.
- High School diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in implementation and planning. Additional education may be considered in lieu of some experience, pending approval.
- DoD/NSS PKI RA Workstation Administrator experience.
- DoD/NSS PKI RA/LRA Auditor experience.
- DISA Purebred experience.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to present technical information and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Strong problem‑solving skills in environments with limited standardization.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.
$45,500.00 – $82,250.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data, and other applicable factors.
