Overview
Description Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a PKI Knowledge Manager to support staffing for the MCCOG Public Key Infrastructure contract. This position provides expertise in SharePoint administration, application development, and knowledge management in support of DoD PKI initiatives.

- Timeline:
Contract award anticipated April–May
- Create, maintain, and sustain SharePoint document libraries and lists
- Develop and manage views for libraries and lists to support usability and reporting
- Configure and maintain Web Parts and other SharePoint components as required
- Develop and maintain templates to support PKI personnel in managing document libraries
- Administer and manage both internal and external-facing SharePoint environments
- Create and maintain SharePoint lists and databases supporting RA operations, including tracking token and certificate life cycles
- Manage SharePoint data repositories supporting disaster recovery requirements
- Develop enhancements to existing SharePoint list and database capabilities to improve functionality, automation, and performance
- Active DoD Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to obtain a favorable adjudication on a T5 investigation
- CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)
- High School diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant experience, including SharePoint administration and/or development
- DoD/NSS PKI experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations
- Ability to author technical reports and documentation
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to stakeholder inquiries

Pay Range: $48,100.00 - $86,950.00. The pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements.
