Program Manager w/Top Secret Clearance

We are seeking a Program Manager with Top Secret Clearance. The role involves all aspects of development and implementation of assigned projects, serving as the single point of contact, taking projects from concept through final implementation, and interfacing with end users, computer services, and client services.

• Define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain tracking and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Manage vendor task integration and track/review vendor deliverables.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Recommend and take action to direct analysis and solve problems.

• 8 years as a senior‑level PM or technical lead on a major program or activity.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments (IC, DoD, federal civilian agencies, military organizations).
• Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract with in‑depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer & Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Network Administration, or related technical field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Advanced Management or Executive Development training or PMP certification.

Location:

Quantico, VA. Office environment, medium noise level, day shift Monday–Friday; may require evenings and weekends. Travel 10%.

Requires regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and vision tasks. Reasonable accommodation may be provided.
