Expert CI​/SME Instructor; CI Collection Security Clearance

• Joint Military Counterintelligence Collection Course (JMCCC) Instructor.
• This course provides a national capability for CI Agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection to identify and detect FIE activities against DoD.
• This course consists of classroom and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8-hour days; it requires work after hours and weekends and travel within the NCR.
• An instructor in this course has served as a CI Collector with experience conducting the full operational cycle.
• Must be able to sit or stand for up to four (4) hours at a time and walk up to five (5) miles in one day.

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, and/or instructing CI or HUMINT collection activities.
• Desired experience includes senior source handler, team chief, or operations officer roles.
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and completed one of the following JCITA source handling courses:
  Military Counterintelligence Collection (MCC), Advanced CI Collection Course (ACICC), or Joint Military Counterintelligence Collection Course (JMCCC). Other qualifying courses include Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), Advanced Source Operations Training Course (ASOTC), Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), Field Tradecraft Course (FTC), Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC), or an equivalent IC school; experience conducting Level II MCC is also acceptable.

• Active TS security clearance; eligible for SCI clearance.
