Senior Program Manager

Location: Quantico, VA (100% On-Site)

Job Summary:
The Program Manager must have extensive experience overseeing complex government, defense, and technology programs from contract award through full performance and sustainment. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for a Federal DoD PKI Support Services contract and is responsible for ensuring successful execution of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. This role is empowered with direct access to senior corporate leadership and is supported by immediate corporate decision-makers to enable rapid issue resolution and proactive program leadership.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of this Federal PKI Support Services contract
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of all PWS tasks
• Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
• Lead cross-functional technical and operational teams, including subcontractors
• Manage risk, schedule, cost, staffing, and performance metrics
• Maintain compliance with DoD/NSS PKI policy and DoD operational requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related discipline (or Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration roles
• Active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility
• CISSP or equivalent certification
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD/NSS PKI operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
