Position: Threat Manager with Security Clearance
Threat Manager Quantico, VA TS/SCI Clearance Required En Pro Vera  is seeking a Threat Manager to support the Marine Corps Insider Threat Program (MC InTP) in Quantico, VA. This role serves as a senior analytical lead responsible for overseeing insider threat assessments, guiding analytic workflows, and advising leadership on risk-related decisions. The Threat Manager partners with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate potential threats, translate complex data into actionable insights, and strengthen enterprise-wide security.

This is a high-visibility role suited for a professional who excels in analysis, leadership, and mission-focused collaboration.

Position Responsibilities:

* Lead insider threat triage, case review, and assessment activities

* Evaluate risk using behavioral, workplace, and intelligence indicators

* Oversee alert tracking and case management processes

* Develop and deliver clear, actionable briefings and recommendations

* Translate complex information into decision-ready insights for leadership

* Collaborate with CI, security, HR, cyber, and law enforcement partners

* Guide and mentor analysts to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs

* Review and improve processes, SOPs, and program workflows

* Support training, inspections, and program readiness efforts Required

Skills and Experience:

* Background in intelligence, counterintelligence, law enforcement, behavioral threat assessment, or insider threat operations.

* Experience with insider threat case management systems (e.g., DSOS, DITMAC workflows).

* Demonstrated ability to lead analytic processes and produce high‑quality written threat assessments.

* Strong briefing skills and ability to communicate complex findings to senior leaders. Desired

Skills and Experience:

* Experience applying SPJ methodologies or conducting behavioral threat assessments.

* Familiarity with DoD Insider Threat Program requirements

* Experience supervising analysts or leading analytic teams. Required Security:
