DescriptionCervello Global Corporation is looking for a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Analyst specializing in tactical vehicle capabilities to support the US Marine Corps Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD) Technical and Operational Support Services (TOSS)
Place of Performance is at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico Virginia.
Job Duties / Expertise CBRN Defense Branch General Support- Develop military-based concepts and capabilities.
- Conduct collaborative assessment and facilitation using decision support tools.
- Research and analyze to develop position papers on new and existing CBRN Defense guidance.
- Provide detailed trip reports for all CBRN-related travel.
- Provide comment resolution matrices and information papers.
- Contribute to Joint and service requirements documents (e.g., ICD, CDD, DOTMLPF&C Change Requests).
- Identify capability gaps and document implications on USMC CBRN tactics, techniques, procedures, doctrine, and logistics.
- Review and provide recommendations for the Marine Corps Force Development Process.
- Support Campaign of Learning activities, Capabilities Based Assessment process, and Programming Budgeting and Execution processes.
- Update CBRN documentation and knowledge on the CBRN Branch SharePoint website.
- Use the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) to document and codify CBRN defense impacts to the force.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Military Studies.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience in CBRN Defense or a related area. Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) experience required. - Domain Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of military war fighting and business functions. Familiarity with Marine Corps missions, functions, and organization. Experience in locating and interpreting DoD, Joint, DON, and Marine Corps doctrine and policy.
- CD&I Campaign of Learning and Capabilities Planning Processes: Knowledge of CD&I roles, responsibilities, and internal processes. Understanding of how CDD produces the Force Integration Plan and manages solution requirements for the Marine Corps.
- Research and Data Science: Experience in research, analysis, and interpretation of various information types. Proficiency in data science tools, languages, methods, and creating visualizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Skills in coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, scheduling, managing meetings and events, capturing meeting records, and managing information.
- Technical Performance: Understanding of the JCIDS process, Marine Corps CBA, and CBRN responsibilities. Ability to work with stakeholders and functional subject matter experts.
