Job Description Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Network Communications 3 – C2 Integrator. The C2 Integrator works onsite Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia supporting Navy Surface Warfare Center – Corona (NSWC Corona) in providing Marine Corps LVC training. The person assists with the planning, design, and execution of Marine Corps LVC training events.

The position also supports on-site and distributed training events at other sites, as directed. The Specialist position requires interaction with Military, Government and Contractor Leadership. Communication skills are required. The position requires flexibility to work non-standard work hours and work weeks of more than 40 hours to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.

Job Responsibilities The C2 Systems Integrator works onsite at the Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center
- Corona (NSWC-Corona) in providing LVC training for US Marin Corps and reports directly to the LVC Mission Coordinator. The C2 Systems Integrator supports and assists in the integration of war fighting and simulation systems to support operations and objectives for USMC supported LVC training events. Additionally, the C2 Systems Integrator provides expert knowledge and solutions to C2 systems functionality.

Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Must have experience with military C4I systems' operational and technical integration and system administration. Candidate must have the ability to recognize and troubleshoot C4I system problems to assure continued execution of war gaming events.

Experience in Windows system administration. Knowledge of managing clients in a virtual operating system environment, creating and managing accounts and interactive troubleshooting with users. Must have experience implementing required system upgrades, configuration changes and security patches while maintaining system functionality. Must currently hold and be able to maintain a DoW secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret if required.

Well-developed personal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools. Required IT certifications:
Windows Operating System CompTIA Security + CE (or equivalent or higher).

Preferred Requirements Prior military service and Systems Administration or knowledge of the following war fighting and simulation systems: MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS) Joint Tactical Command Workstation (JTCW) Global Command and Control (GCCS) Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) Target Handoff System Version 2 (THSv2) Tactical Control System (TCS) Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) Administer and troubleshoot voice communications systems, as well as Windows and Linux systems.

Physical Requirements Job Performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
