Mid Analyst in Quantico, VA

Arcticom, LLC provides network and systems administration, enterprise architecture and resource planning, certification and accreditation, software design, programming, maintenance of telecommunications and land mobile radio equipment and systems, help desk support and IT transformation services among other services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in working groups supporting analysis, metrics, and requirements development
• Develop test architectures, test procedures, test briefs
• Contribute to Data Management and Collection Plans and analysis reports
• On-site data collection, reduction, and analysis
• Review all test reports from internal and external agencies and identify trends, deficiencies, and improvements
• Support the development of daily test and status reports
• Identify T&E associated risks and provide input for risk resolution/mitigation

Required (Minimum Necessary)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or applicable work experience)
• At least five years' experience with Ground Based Air Defense Systems
• Fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
• Previous direct experience testing, evaluating, and operating and/or maintaining aviation or ground command and control (C2), weapons, or information exchange systems
• Active SECRET security clearance

Schedule and Flexibility:
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (ET)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

Role Requirements:

This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.

Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
