OSINT Analyst – MID

Purpose and Impact:
Are you interested in using your skills to shape the Cyber, Security, and Intel space? If so, look no further. Amentum seeks an OSINT Analyst – MID to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s Office of Entity Vetting (DCSA EV) in Quantico, VA. The analyst will conduct research and analysis that supports mission‑critical projects and directly impacts the Nation’s security and intelligence mission.

Standard 8‑4, with an hour flex at government direction.

• Conduct research and analysis of foreign economic structures and how they support military industrial complexes.
• Analyze economic health of foreign states and non‑states to assess defense spending and financial capacity for sustaining military operations.
• Identify potential economic leverage points and vulnerabilities of foreign economies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience applying data analysis, trend analysis, and problem‑solving techniques.
• Proficiency in data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and recommend solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of reports, leading conferences, and delivering briefings.
• Experience navigating technology at classified and unclassified levels (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools).

TS/SCI eligibility.

• Experience with OSINT or support of DCSA.

The compensation range or hourly rate is a good‑faith estimate and may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and laws.
