DMI, LLC is seeking a Help Desk / IT Solution Center (ITSC) Manager to join our Quantico, VA team. You will lead a centralized service desk, oversee User Support and Help Desk Specialists, and ensure rapid resolution of incidents while coordinating with other IT teams.
Applicants should have 10+ years in IT with 5+ in leadership, US citizenship with TS/SCI eligibility, and MCSA at start; ITIL experience is a plus. Location is Quantico, VA. Salary figures reflect the market in Northern Virginia.
