Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Systems Analyst (Junior) with a TS/SCI clearance to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to supporting our mission-critical operations and requires a strong foundation in air systems analysis and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret complex air systems data to support mission planning and execution.

* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate air systems capabilities into operational scenarios.

* Develop and maintain detailed air systems databases and analytical models.

* Provide technical expertise and recommendations to enhance air systems performance and reliability.

* Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.

* Active TS/SCI clearance required.

* 0-2 years of experience in air systems analysis or a related field.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with specific air systems platforms or technologies.

* Knowledge of relevant military or civilian air systems standards and procedures.
